Fifth Dimension Exercise

Now listen very carefully. I want you to imagine a bright white light coming down from above and entering the top of your head. Filling your entire body.

See it, feel it and it becomes reality. Now imagine an aura of pure white light emanating from your heart region.

Again surrounding your entire body. Protecting you. See it, feel it and it becomes reality. Now only your masters and guides and highly evolved loving entities who mean you well will be able to influence you during this or any other hypnotic session. You are totally protected by this aura of pure white light.

In a few moments I am going to count from 1 to 20. As I do so you will feel yourself rising up to the superconscious mind level where you will be able to communicate with your Higher Self. Number 1 rising up. 2,3,4 rising higher. 5,6,7, letting information flow. 8,9,10, you are half way there. 11,12,13, feel yourself rising higher. 14,15,16, almost there. 17,18,19 number 20 you are there. Take a moment and orient yourself to the superconscious mind level.

Now I want you to merge with your Higher Self and be prepared to enter a wormhole. Take a few moments and perceive yourself actually entering and merging with the white light of your Higher Self. Do this now.

Now that you have become one with your Higher Self, you are free to control this experience completely protected and out-of-your body. See a wormhole in front of you and enter it. This is a gateway into the Fifth Dimension. From here you can travel to parallel universes, the past, the future, or just remain in this Fifth Dimension hyperspace.

Focus on meeting other souls in this hyper-universe. Take a few moments and open yourself to encountering other entities. You are perfectly safe and protected and you will only attract positive people and souls into your awareness. Do you this now.

You have done very well. At this time I would like you to attract a time traveler into your particular location. Ask your Higher Self to invite a time travelers from our future who has worked with you in the past, or previous lifetimes. You will be able to communicate with this time travelers by telepathy. Very good. At this time I want you to specifically explore one of your own parallel selves. This is another human on the Earth plane whose soul and yours may be traced back to a common oversoul ancestor. Travel through the Fifth Dimension now and explore another existence that a part of your current soul shares today on the Earth plane in another body. Do this now.

Very good. Now I want you to explore this wormhole we call the Fifth Dimension and travel anywhere in time and to any other dimension. You will be exiting through a whitehole when you do this. Do this now.

Alright you have done very well. In just a few moments I am going to count up from 1 to 5. When I reach the count of 5 you will be back in hyperspace from where you began this voyage 1, you are returning to hyperspace, 2, moving closer, 3, halfway there, 4, almost there and 5, you are there. I’m going to count forwards from 1-5. When I reach the count of 5 you will be back in your physical body in the present. You will be able to remember everything you experienced and re-experienced. You’ll feel very relaxed, refreshed, and be able to do whatever you have to planned for the rest of the day or evening. You’ll feel very positive about what you’ve just experienced and very motivated about your confidence and ability to play this tape again to experience the Fifth Dimension. Alright now 1 very, very deep, 2 you’ve getting a little bit lighter, 3 you’ve getting much much lighter, 4 very very light, 5 awaken. Wide awake and refreshed.

Sanctuary Exercise

Sit back, breathe deeply, and send a warm feeling into your toes and feet. Let this feeling break up any strain or tension, and as you exhale let the tension drain away. Breathe deeply and send this warm feeling into your ankles. It will break up any strain or tension, and as you exhale let the tension drain away. Breathe deeply and send this feeling into your knees, let it break up any strain or tension there, and as you exhale let the tension drain away. Send this warm sensation into your thighs so any strain or tension is draining away. Breathe deeply and send this warm feeling into your genitals and drain away any tension.

Send this warm feeling into your abdomen now; all your internal organs are soothed and relaxed and any strain or tension is draining away. Let this energy flow into your chest and breasts; let it soothe you and as you exhale any tension is draining away. Send this energy into your back now. This feeling is breaking up any strain or tension and as you exhale the tension is draining away. The deep, relaxing energy is flowing through your back, into each vertebra, as each vertebra assumes its proper alignment. The healing energy is flowing into all your muscles and tendons, and you are relaxed, very fully relaxed. Send this energy into your shoulders and neck; this energy is breaking up any strain or tension and as you exhale the tension is draining away. Your shoulders and neck are fully relaxed. And the deep relaxing energy is flowing into your arms; your upper arms, your elbows, your forearms, your wrists, your hands, your fingers are fully relaxed.

Let this relaxing energy wash up over your throat, and your lips, your jaw, your cheeks are fully relaxed. Send this energy into your face, the muscles around your eyes, your forehead, your scalp are relaxed. Any strain or tension is draining away. You are relaxed, most completely relaxed.

And now float to your space, leave your physical body and move between dimensions and travel to your space, a meadow, a mountain, a forest, the seashore, wherever your mind is safe and free. Go to that space now. And you are in your space, the space you have created, a space sacred and apart. Here in this space you are free from all tension and in touch with the calm, expansive power within you. Here in this space you have access to spiritual information and energy. Here is the space where you can communicate with your spirit guides. Your flow is in harmony with the flow of the universe. Because you are part of the whole creation you have access to the power of the whole of creation. Here you are pure and free. This is your personal sanctuary.

Stay here for a few minutes and when you are ready let yourself drift up and back to your usual waking reality. You will return relaxed, refreshed, and filled with energy. And you will return now, gently and easily. Open your eyes.

Imagine that your physical body is a honeycomb. You are so porous that any energy coming toward you will flow right through you without affecting you in any way. Keep your attention completely focused on this image.

Now visualize a trap at the back of this honeycomb mesh screen. This receptacle traps at the back of this honeycomb mesh screen. This receptacle traps any form of negative energy and immediately neutralizes it.

Perceive all of the negative energy that you are exposed to passing through your aura without affecting you in any way. This negative energy now is trapped in this receptacle and is immediately neutralized.

Teleportation Exercise

Try this exercise in teleporting to visit a friend. Precede this exercise with my standard white light protection found in any of my books:

Visualize the face of the person to visit. See only the face and try to see it in clearest detail. As you hold this image in your mind’s eye, you will at first begin to remember the clothes the person wore, how they acted, what they said and did, but pay no attention to these recollections.

Simply focus in on the face, not the body or actions and gradually these impressions will begin to fade. As they do, you may pick up a tiny spot of light, or maybe a large one, somewhere away from the face but definitely in your line of vision. Try to focus in on it. Usually it will seem fairly close to you, almost as if it were suspended in midair about ten to twelve inches from your eyes. When you perceive this “intruder” on your otherwise clear picture of the face of the person you are trying to reach, concentrate upon it. You will find that it will appear to expand and include more detail, as locations like a room, or an automobile, or a stadium, and in this location you will see the person you are trying to reach. See them as they actually are and in their exact surroundings at that precise moment. Remember, you cannot bring this in by force of will. Once you see the other person’s face clearly, relax a little. Try to be passive rather than active. You are trying to receive an impression, not create one. So let it come in. Stay here as long as you feel comfortable before returning to your practice room and ending this trance.
